A large part of your job will be Customer Care / Public Relations so you need to be fluently spoken in English, confident, and well presented. This position is well suited to a senior Technician who has not had the opportunity of promotion, yet is a natural with customers, or is a Technical Service Advisor - someone who could run their own business would be perfect.
